Programme consists of six modules, each covering a key aspect of employability such as writing a curriculum vitae, looking for a job, interview skills etc.

Each module will start with an online face to face seminar in English with the Visiting Scholar on Industry Engagement (Dr Pam Vaughan).

After this seminar, participants will have offline tasks to complete (eg watching a video, reading a paper, reviewing sample lesson, adapting sample resources etc).

Based on their learning, research, sample resources and relevant local resources, participants will plan a lecture that covers the module topic. The lecture should be suited to the degree subject and the particular needs of the students. Activity-based and student-centred learning will be an important part of each lecture.

Participants will deliver their planned lecture and, afterwards, think about how it went. They will note which parts of the lecture were successful and which parts did not work so well. They will identify ways in which the lecture could be improved.
